Oh my goodness, Curtis was an absolute life saver this evening….a Saturday evening, after normal business hours!Our A/C went out just before 5pm and he was literally at our door by 5:45! He went straight to work, quickly discovering that our internal Capacitor was the culprit. He had the part in his truck and had the issue taken care of before 6:30pm! He was honest, and only fixed what was necessary to get us up and running right away, while still making us aware what a potential issue could be down the road.

Curt at Next Level Comfort did an excellent job moving our AC unit when we needed it moved to pour concrete and installing a Ecobee system. He is very helpful, reliable and informative.
