Oh my goodness, Curtis was an absolute life saver this evening….a Saturday evening, after normal business hours!Our A/C went out just before 5pm and he was literally at our door by 5:45! He went straight to work, quickly discovering that our internal Capacitor was the culprit. He had the part in his truck and had the issue taken care of before 6:30pm! He was honest, and only fixed what was necessary to get us up and running right away, while still making us aware what a potential issue could be down the road.

I have to say I was in a situation with my ac unit. Checked everything I could and couldn’t figure out the problem. A friend of mine recommended next level comfort. He was here in less than 30 min. Very professional, ready to help me figure out the issue. Within no time he found the problem and fixed it. He went above and beyond to help me with indoor issues by showing me the condition of the unit and advised me how to take care of it. I would recommend him to anyone in need of hearing and air issues.

Curtis has serviced our heater and A/C units over the years and we’ve been extremely happy with the service. He is responsive with scheduling, transparent with his diagnosis of the issue, and trustworthy with his repairs. Curt at Next Level Comfort did an excellent job moving our AC unit when we needed it moved to pour concrete and installing a Ecobee system. He is very helpful, reliable and informative. He won't rip you off or tell you that you need something that you don't actually need. Honest and very fair priced. Definitely recommend him for your HVAC needs.
